Vorschrift

A mixture of 2,3-diaminobenzoic acid (1; 350 mg, 2.3 mmol), tert-butyl 3-(2-formylphenoxy)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (30; 670 mg, 2.3 mmol) and Na2S2O5 (568 mg, 1.3 mmol) in DMF (30 mL) was stirred at 90° C. for 18 h. The mixture was cooled to room temperature. The mixture was diluted with water (100 mL), stirred for 1 h, filtered, and washed with water. The filter cake was dried under vacuum to afford 822 mg of the titled compound 31 (84%). MS (ESI) calcd for C23H25N3O5: 423.18; found: 424 [M+H].
