Vorschrift

A mixture of (R)-2-(3-bromo-4-cyanophenylamino)-3-(thiophen-2-yl)propanamide (35 mg, 0.100 mmol), 5-amino-3-methylisothiazole hydrochloride (25 mg, 0.166 mmol), sodium phenoxide trihydrate (52 mg, 0.305 mmol), xantphos (14 mg, 0.024 mmol) and Pd2dba3 (10 mg, 0.010 mmol) in dioxane (2 mL) was degassed with argon, then was heated by microwave at 170 C for 30 min. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by HPLC to give (R)-2-(4-cyano-3-(3-methylisothiazol-5-ylamino)phenylamino)-3-(thiophen-2-yl)propanamide (13 mg).
