Vorschrift

In 100 ml of 1,2-dichloroethane, 57 g (0.19M) of 3,4,5-triacetoxybenzoic acid and 34 g (0.29M) of thionyl chloride were made to react with each other at 60° C. for 2 hours. Excess thionyl chloride and 1,2-dichloroethane were distilled away under reduced pressure. Thus, 61 g of the intended compound was obtained.
