Following Example 52, 2-bromo-4,5-dihydropyrido[4,3-b]thieno[2,3-d]oxepine and 2-aminopyridine-5-boronic acid, pinacol ester were reacted to give 105. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 8.79 (s, 1H), 8.27 (d, J=2.2, 1H), 8.22 (d, J=5.5, 1H), 7.67 (dd, J=2.6, 8.6, 1H), 7.22 (s, 1H), 6.99 (d, J=5.4, 1H), 6.51 (d, J=8.6, 1H), 6.25 (s, 2H), 4.37 (t, J=4.8, 2H), 3.20 (t, J=4.8, 2H). MS: (ESI+) 296.1
