Vorschrift

This compound was prepared according to the procedure C from Methyl [2-methyl-4-(tert-butyl)-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[4,5]thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl]acetate (0.067 g; 0.211 mmol), LHMDS 1N in THF (0.232 mL; 0.232 mmol), 1-iodopropane (0.031 mL; 0.317 mmol) in DMF (0.85 mL) for 3 h. Purification by flash chromatography on silica gel using a gradient of ethyl acetate (2-20%) in heptane furnished 0.035 g (46%) of the title compound as a yellow oil.
