Vorschrift

To 3-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-4-oxo-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-1-carboxylic acid[1-phenyl-5-(3-propylphenyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl]amide (6.3 mg) were sequentially added anisole (2 μl) and trifluoroacetic acid (0.5 ml) at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 3 hours. This reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, the resulting residue was purified by silica gel thin-layer chromatography (eluent: chloroform/methanol=9/1) to give the titled compound (0.3 mg).
