In analogy to example 162, step 2, 3-(4-bromophenyl)-1-(6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)-3-(4-methylthiazol-5-yl)propan-1-one was reacted with concentrated aqueous HCl in 1,4-dioxane to give the title compound as an yellow solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=405.2 [M+H]+.
