Vorschrift

0.01 mol of 2-(7-methoxynaphth-1-yl)ethylamine hydrochloride is dissolved in 60 ml of a chloroform/water mixture, and 0.025 mol of potassium carbonate is added under magnetic agitation. The mixture is cooled, and 0.012 mol of 4-imidazoleacetyl chloride hydrochloride is added dropwise. The agitation is maintained for 30 minutes at room temperature and the chloroform phase is evaporated to dryness. The residue is then recrystallized.
