Vorschrift

A mixture of 4-chloroandrosta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione (957 mg, 3 mmole), dioxane (30 ml) and 30% NH4OH aqueous solution (60 ml) is stirred at 75° C. in a pressure vessel during 18 hours. After cooling to room temperature, the reaction mixture is worked up as described in the Example 1. There are obtained 242 mg (0.81 mmole, 27% yield) of the title compound as a yellow solid.
