Vorschrift

A sucrose/sodium chloride solution was prepared by dissolving sucrose (100 mg/ml) and sodium chloride (0.058 mg/ml) in sterile water. The pH of the solution was adjusted to approximately 5.5 with 2N HCl or NaOH. The solution was filtered through a 0.22 μm Durapore filter.
