Vorschrift

The product from Example 318A and 5-chloro-2-methoxy-benzoic acid were processed using the method described in Example 300 to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) −2.23 (m, 1H), 3.67-3.76 (m, 1H), 3.83-3.89 (m, 1H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 4.40 (dd, J=15.0, 7.5 Hz, 1H), 4.57-4.68 (m, 2H), 6.35 (s, 1H), 6.91 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.33 (dd, J=8.7, 2.8 Hz, 1H), 8.04 (d, J=2.8 Hz, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 409 (M+H)+.
