The products from Example 315A and 5-chloro-2-methoxy-benzoic acid were processed using the method described in Example 300 to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 1.35 (s, 9H), 1.62-1.95 (m, 3H), 2.00-2.12 (m, 1H), 3.72-3.87 (m, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 4.18-4.34 (m, 2H), 4.42 (dd, J=12.0, 2.4 Hz, 1H), 6.86 (s, 1H), 6.90 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.32 (dd, J=8.8, 2.7 Hz, 1H), 7.95 (d, J=2.7 Hz, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 409 (M+H)+.
