The product from Example 96 and 3,3-difluoroazetidine hydrochloride (Oakwood)) were processed using the method described in Example 99 to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 0.51 (s, 3H), 0.90 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 3H), 1.22 (s, 3H), 1.25 (s, 3H), 1.26-1.36 (m, 2H), 1.39-1.48 (m, 1H), 1.57 (s, 9H), 1.57-1.78 (m, 3H), 1.93-2.07 (m, 1H), 2.62-2.67 (m, 2H), 2.72-2.83 (m, 1H), 2.88-2.94 (m, 1H), 4.14-4.37 (m, 2H), 4.41-4.52 (m, 1H), 4.73-4.86 (m, 1H), 8.50 (s, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 470 (M+H)+. Anal. calcd. for C24H37F2N3O2S: C, 61.38; H, 7.94; N, 8.95. Found: C, 61.35; H, 7.84; N, 8.96.
