Vorschrift

To a solution of compound 33-e (5 g, 15 mmol) in H2O (25 ml) was added concentrated HCl (12.3 ml, 150 mmol). The reaction mixture was then refluxed for 60 hours. The reaction mixture was then cooled to room temperature and extracted with ethyl acetate. The water phase was adjusted to a pH of about 8-10 by aqueous NaOH (2N), then extracted with ethyl acetate and washed with brine, dried and concentrated to give 2-(6-(4-bromophenyl)pyridin-3-yl)propan-2-amine (2.6 g, 59%).
