Vorschrift

The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Stage 9.2 using 5-bromo-6-chloro-N-(4-((chlorodifluoromethyl)thio)phenyl)nicotinamide (Stage 18.2) and (R)-pyrrolidin-3-ol to afford an off-white crystalline solid. HPLC (Condition 4) tR=5.97 min, UPLC-MS (Condition 3) tR=1.19 min, m/z=478.2/480.1 [M+H]+.
