Vorschrift

According to Scheme 3 Step 3: A solution of N-(4-(1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-methylthiazol-2-yl)-4-fluoropyridin-2-amine (0.33 mmol, 132 mg) in TFA (1.5 mL) was microwaved for 2 minutes at 150° C. A precipitate was formed after addition of a saturated solution of Na2CO3 and water. After filtration, the solid was washed with water and recrystallized in Et2O to yield N-(4-fluoropyridin-2-yl)-5-methyl-4-(1H-pyrazol-4-yl)thiazol-2-amine (0.17 mmol, 47 mg, 51%) as a beige solid.
