Vorschrift

Raffinose pentahydrate or glucose monohydrate was dissolved in nano-pure water to obtain 4.5% (w/v) raffinose or glucose. To the solution, leucine was added and the pH was adjusted to 7.0. The concentration of the leucine in the solution ranged between 0.8% and 1.6% (w/v).
