Vorschrift

400 mg [6-(3,5-dichloro-phenylsulphonylamino)-1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl]-oxo-acetyl-chloride are dissolved in 1.5 ml tetrahydrofuran, combined with 550 μl concentrated ammonia (32% solution in water) and stirred for 3.5 hours. The solvent is eliminated in vacuo and the residue is extracted from a little methanol. The solid is suction filtered and dried in vacuo.
