Vorschrift

To 4-{4-[(2-phenyl-5-ethyl-oxazole-4-carbonyl)-amino]-phenyl}-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (330 mg, 0.694 mmol) was added 2N HCl in ethyl acetate (80 mL). The solution was stirred at room temperature for 1 hr. Solvents were evaporated and the residue was diluted with ethyl acetate (100 mL). The organic layer was washed with saturated sodium bicarbonate (3×) and dried over magnesium sulfate The solvent was evaporated to give 2-phenyl-5-ethyl-oxazole-4-carboxylic acid (4-piperidin-4-yl-phenyl)-amide (155 mg). LC-MS calcd for C23H25N3O2 (m/e) 375, obsd 376 (M+H).
