Vorschrift

To a solution of 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-7-methylsulfonyl-thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-5-amine (0.40 g, 1.23 mmol) and triethylamine (0.26 ml, 1.85 mmol) in dioxane (6 ml) was added piperazine (0.16 g, 1.85 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated at 60° C. for 5 hours. After cooling, the volatiles were removed under reduced pressure. The crude residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica (CH2Cl2/MeOH 15:1), furnishing the title compound as a light yellow solid (0.27 g, 67%).
