Vorschrift

5-Bromo-3-(dimethylaminomethyleneamino)thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester was reacted with [(R)-1-(4-aminophenyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl]dimethylamine by method A1. The product with the molecular weight of 418.05 (C18H19BrN4OS) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 419 (M+H+).
