Vorschrift

To a solution of 4-(benzyloxy)-1-(2-cyclopropyl-3-methyl-2H-indazol-5-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one (256 mg) in methanol (5 ml) was added 10% palladium carbon (100 mg) at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred under a hydrogen atmosphere at the same temperature for 1 hr. The insoluble material was filtered off through celite, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate to give the title compound (182 mg).
