Vorschrift

To a mixture of 2-{(8R)-3-[6-methoxy-5-(4-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyridin-2-yl]-8-(3,4,5-trifluorophenoxy)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-8-yl}propan-2-ol (0.50 g) in ethanol (1.5 mL) was added a mixture of gentisic acid (150 mg) in ethanol (1 mL) at room temperature. To the reaction mixture was added IPE/heptane at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred for 3 hr. The crystals were collected by filtration and dried to give the title compound (0.44 g).
