Vorschrift

A mixture of ethyl 3-[3-methoxy-4-(2-methyl-1,3-oxazol-5-yl)phenyl]-8-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine-8-carboxylate (1.5 g), 1N aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (7.57 mL) and THF (8 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 16 hr. The reaction mixture was acidified with 1N hydrochloric acid, and the organic layer was evaporated under reduced pressure. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min, and the obtained solid was collected by filtration to give the title compound (1.36 g).
