Using a procedure similar to that described in Example 1, except using 2-amino-2-methyl-3-(5-methyl-2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)propionitrile, described in Example 7, and 4-trifluoromethylthiobenzoyl chloride, the title compound was isolated as a white solid (0.12 g, 57%). Rf=0.65 (1:1 EA/heptane). MS (ES): M/Z [M+H]=420. 1H NMR: (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): 1.73 (s, 3H), 2.45 (s, 3H), 5.34-5.44 (m, 2H), 7.30 (dd, J=8.8, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 7.68 (d, J=1.0 Hz, 1H), 7.82 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.84-7.94 (m, 4H) and 8.91 (s, 1H). 19F NMR (376 MHz, DMSO-d6): −41.94 (s, 3F).
