Vorschrift

A mixture of 7-Benzyl-1-cyano-4-hydroxy-isoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (20 mg, 0.06 mmole) and 3-amino-2,2-dimethyl-propionic acid tert-butyl ester (22 mg, 0.12 mmole) in anhydrous ethanol (0.6 ml) was stirred at 130° C. in a CEM microwave synthesizer for one hour before it was cooled to room temperature, concentrated and purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel with a gradient of dichloromethane and hexanes to give the title compound as a white solid (22 mg). LC-MS ESI+: 460 (M+1)+; ESI−: 458 (M−1)−.
