Vorschrift

1-Cyano-4-hydroxy-7-(naphthalen-2-yloxy)-isoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (15 mg, 0.04 mmol) and ethyl 3-amino-2,2-dimethylpropanoate (24 mg, 0.16 mmol) in EtOH (3 mL) were heated at 150° C. in a microwave for 1.5 hours. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the residue oil was purified by flash chromatography (0-50% EtOAc/hexanes) to give the title compound in 18 mg. MS: (−) m/z 482.36 (M−1).
