Vorschrift

A solution of 6-chloro-5-methyl-3-(phenylamino)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one (3.3 g, 12 mmol), (1R,2R)-2-aminocyclopentanol hydrochloride (2 g, 14.4 mmol) and DIPEA (4.6 mL, 27 mmol) in DMF (25 mL) is heated at 120° C. for 5 hours. Solvent is removed under reduced pressure. The residue is dissolved in CH2Cl2 and MeOH (10:1, v/v), and then washed with water three times. The solution is dried over MgSO4 and evaporated to dryness to give 3.5 g of crude product MS (ESI) m/z 341.2 [M+H]+.
