The title compound was prepared according to the procedure as described in Example 98 reacting 6-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-ethyl-4-ethoxy-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine (according to Example 98) and 2,6-dimethyl-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester, followed by de-protection with HCl.
