Vorschrift

Into a 50-mL 3-necked round-bottom flask, was placed a solution of tert-butyl 2-(2-(3-(methylthio)-1-phenyl-1H-indazol-6-ylamino)-2-oxoethyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (105 mg, 0.22 mmol, 1.00 equiv) in dichloromethane (5 mL). To the above mixture was introduce H2 (g). The resulting solution was stirred for 30 min at 0° C. The solids were collected by filtration to yield N-(3-(methylthio)-1-phenyl-1H-indazol-6-yl)-2-(piperidin-2-yl)acetamide hydrochloride as a gray solid.
