A solution of 4.4 g (23 nmnol) of methyl ester of N-(2-mercaptoethyl)succinamic acid obtained in Example 1a) in 20 cm3 of methanol, and 1.68 g (27 mmol) of ethanolamine was stirred for 5 hours at 60° C. under argon atmosphere.
