Vorschrift

3-aminocarbonylpropionate A-6 (0.1 mmol) is treated with dioxane (1 mL) and hydroxylamine (50% in water, 2 mL) for 1-3 days, and then purified by preparative reverse-phase (C18) HPLC to afford the desired N-hydroxy-3-aminocarbonylpropionamide (A-7).
