The product of Example 13F (120 mg, 0.38 mmol) was treated with fumaric acid (44 mg, 0.38 mmol) in EtOAc/EtOH (v. 1:1, 10 mL). The title compound was obtained as solid (123 mg, yield, 84%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD) δ 1.75–2.13 (m, 3H), 2.22–2.37 (m, 1H), 2.46–2.54 (m, 1H), 3.03–3.45 (m, 5H), 3.68–3.79 (m, 1H), 5.30–5.38 (m, 1H), 6.52 (dd, J=3.1, 1.1 Hz, 1H), 6.67 (s, 1.2H), 7.30 (d, J=3.1 Hz, 1H), 7.35 (dd, J=8.5, 1.7 Hz, 1H), 7.51 (dt, J=8.5, 0.7 Hz, 1H), 7.80 (dd, J=1.7, 0.7 Hz, 1H), 8.82 (s, 2H) ppm. MS (DCl/NH3): m/z 321 (M+H)+. Anal. Calculated for C19H20N4O.0.6C4H4O4: C, 65.90; H, 5.79; N, 14.36. Found: C, 65.62; H, 5.76; N, 14.40.
