Vorschrift

To a solution of 80 (200 mg, 0.28 mmol) in toluene (5 mL), TFA (excess) was added. The reaction mixture was allowed to stir overnight, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the remained solid was triturated with diethyl ether to afford title compound 81 as the di-TFA salt (130 mg, 57% yield). 1H NMR (DMSO) δ (ppm): 12.47 (s, 1H), 11.83 (s, 1H), 9.06 (s, 2H), 8.53 (dd, J=2.0 and 5.5 Hz, 1H), 8.13 (s, 1H), 8.0 (d, J=12.1 Hz, 1H), 7.97 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 7.63 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 2H), 7.53 (m, 2H), 7.32 (m, 4H), 7.27 (m, 1H), 6.68 (d, J=5.8 Hz, 1H), 4.23 (m, 1H), 3.82 (s, 2H), 3.78 (m, 1H), 3.71 (m, 1H), 3.11 (m, 1H), 2.95 (m, 1H), 2.0 (m, 1H), 1.98 (m, 2H), 1.56 (m, 1H). MS (m/z) 627.3 (M+H).
