Vorschrift

200 mg of (S)-4,6-dichloro-N-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethyl]pyrimidine-2-amine (Reference Example 1), 0.22 ml 2-(tributylstannyl)pyridine, 55 mg of copper oxide and 81 mg of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium were added in turn to degassed toluene, and the mixture was stirred at 110° C. for 4 hours under argon atmosphere. The reaction solution was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 63 mg of the objective compound as colorless oil.
