Vorschrift

Using the same coupling procedure as described for example 47, 4-[[((1S)-1-{[(cyanomethyl)amino]carbonyl}-3-methylbutyl)oxy](phenyl)methyl]benzoic acid (51 mg, 0.134 mmol) was reacted with dimethylamine hydrochloride (11 mg, 0.134 mmol, 1 eg) to give the title compound as an oil after chromatography with 25% acetone/toluene.
