Vorschrift

(R)-1-carbomethoxymethyl-3-(5-chloroindole-2-carbonylamino)-3,4-dihydrocarbostyril (Example 7) (5.6 mg) was dissolved in a mixture of tetrahydrofuran (2 mL) and 2 M ammonia in methanol solution (2 mL). After stirring for 16 h at room temperature, the solvent was evaporated under vacuum and the residue was coevaporated with toluene (5 mL twice) under vacuum. Purification by reverse phase preparative HPLC provided the title compound (3.4 mg). HPLC/MS [M+H]+, 397; HPLC/MS [M+H—NH3]+, 380.
