Vorschrift

Tributylvinylstannane (0.32 mL) is added to a solution of N-(4-chlorobenzyl)-6-iodo-1-methyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-3-quinolinecarboxamide (0.45 g) from Preparation No. 39 and PdCl2(PPh3)2 (70 mg). The mixture is stirred at room temperature for 1 h and then is heated to 60° C. for 30 min. After cooling to room temperature, the reaction mixture is poured into water (60 mL), filtered, and washed with water (20 mL) and diethyl ether (20 mL). The crude product is purified by recrystallization from acetonitrile to afford 0.20 g (57%) of the title compound as a white solid.
