The title compound was prepared from the product of Example 45A and commercially available cyclopentylamine by the procedure described for Example 2B. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 1.43 (s, 6H), 1.47 (s, 6H), 1.43-1.50 (m, 4H), 1.55-1.66 (m, 2H), 1.74-1.82 (m, 2H), 4.02-4.14 (m, 1H), 7.67-7.77 (m, 3H), 8.04 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 11.53 (br s, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 499 (M+H)+. Anal. calcd. for C24H26F4N2O3S: C, 57.82; H, 5.26; N, 5.62. Found: C, 57.77; H, 5.32; N, 5.53.
