The compound (S)-4-(3-Iodo-2-methylpropyl]-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one (108LM27-24) (0.083 g, 0.25 mmol) and 3-pentyl-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]octane (104KS32-2) (0.051 g, 0.28 mmol) in Et3N (½ mL) were reacted according to GP15 to give the title compound (108LM39-36) (0.061 g, 63%). 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 7.33-7.29 (m, 1H), 7.03-6.96 (m, 3H), 4.60 (ABq, J=14.8 Hz, J=37.1 Hz, CH2), 4.14-4.00 (m, 2H), 3.13 (bs, 1H), 3.05 (bs, 1H), 2.63-2.50 (m, 1H), 2.17-2.03 (m, 3H), 2.00-1.80 (m, 3H), 1.72-1.53 (m, 3H), 1.42-1.15 (m, 10H), 0.93-0.85 (m, 6H); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 165.0, 145.7 128.9, 123.7, 122.6, 117.1, 116.1, 67.9, 60.9, 58.9, 58.2, 45.3, 38.4, 37.0, 36.8, 32.2, 31.7, 28.5, 28.3, 27.2, 22.9, 17.1, 14.3; HPLC-MS (ammonium acetate) [M+H]+=385.3.
