الإجراء التجريبي

To a mixture of N-(6-bromo-1,3-benzothiazol-2-yl)-N′-(3-chloropropyl)urea (100 mg, 0.287 mmol) in THF/EtOH (0.50/0.25 mL) was added piperazine (247 mg, 2.87 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated to about 55° C. for about 16 hrs. The crude reaction mixture was pumped down and purified by flash chromatography on SiO2.
