The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example-108 by using 3-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-chlorophenyl)-1-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5(4H)-one (Intermediate-63, 0.100 g, 0.271 mmol), TEA (1.0 mL), DCM (10 mL), cyclobutanecarbonyl chloride (0.041 g, 0.352 mmol) to afford 0.020 g of the desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 2.05 (m, 614), 3.08 (m, 1H), 4.29 (m, 2H), 7.44 (m, 1H), 7.60 (m, 2H), 7.86 (m, 2H), 8.17 (m, 3H), 12.69 (s, 1H); MS (m/z): 451.07 (M+H)+.
