الإجراء التجريبي

The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example-108 by using 5-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-2-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-2H-1,2,4-triazol-3(4H)-one (Intermediate-70, 0.100 g), 2-methylpropanoyl chloride (0.1 mL), TEA (0.1 mL), dry THF (5 mL) to afford 0.028 g of the desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO): δ 1.01 (s, 6H), 4.32 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 7.67-7.71 (m, 2H), 7.85 (d, J=11.2 Hz, 2H), 8.17 (d, J=11.6 Hz, 2H), 8.36 (m, 1H), 12.73 (s, 1H); MS (m/z): 457.37 (M+H)+.
