الإجراء التجريبي

To tert-butyl ((S)-1-(((S)-3-(cyclopent-1-en-1-yl)-1-((R)-2-methyloxiran-2-yl)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)amino)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)carbamate (0.99 g, 2.1 mmol) was added DCM (5 mL) and TFA (5 mL). The mixture was allowed to stand at ambient temperature for 30 min then it was concentrated to provide crude (S)-2-amino-N-((S)-3-(cyclopent-1-en-1-yl)-1-((R)-2-methyloxiran-2-yl)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propanamide (quant.) and carried forward without further purification.
