الإجراء التجريبي

To a stirred solution of 2-[(1,3,3-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl)amino]-N-cyclohexyl-N-phenylacetamide (110 mg, 0.272 mmol) in chlorobenzene (3 mL) was added Lawesson's reagent (70 mg, 0.17 mmol). The solution was stirred at 120° C. for 2 hours. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, and the residue purified on preparatory plate using 15% ethyl acetate/hexanes to furnish 2-[(1,3,3-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl)amino]-N-cyclohexyl-N-phenylthioacetamide as a yellow solid.
