The title compound was prepared similarly to the methods described in Example 91, with (R)-tert-butyl (4-(8-cyclopentyl-7-ethyl-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)methylcarbamate (Example 106) instead of (R)-tert-butyl 4-(8-cyclopentyl-7-ethyl-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin-2-yl)pyridin-3-ylcarbamate (Example 92). LCMS (0.05% TFA): 367.3 m/z (M+H)+; 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 500 MHz): δ: 9.35 (bs, 2H), 8.73 (bs, 2H), 8.02 (s, 1H), 7.99 (s, 1H), 4.41 (m, 1H), 4.35 (m, 1H), 4.30 (s, 2H), 3.40 (s, 3H), 2.14-1.68 (m, 10H), 1.44 (s, 9H), 0.90 (t, 3H, J=7.5 Hz).
