The title compound was prepared similarly to the methods described in Example 39, with (R)-1-(8-cyclopentyl-7-ethyl-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin-2-yl)-1H-imidazole-4-carboxylic acid (Example 37) instead of (R)-1-(8-Cyclopentyl-7-ethyl-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (Example 44), and with methylamine hydrochloride instead of dimethylamine hydrochloride. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ: 8.52 (s, 1H), 8.34 (s, 1H), 7.76 (s, 1H), 4.30-4.41 (m, 2H), 3.46 (s, 3H), 3.30 (s, 3H), 3.01 (s, 3H), 1.73-2.16 (m, 10H), and 0.87 ppm (t, J=7.7 Hz, 3H); LCMS: 398.1 m/z (M+H)+; ret. Time: 3.367 min (Analytical Method A).
