The title compound was prepared similarly to the methods described in Example 39, with (R)-1-(8-cyclopentyl-7-ethyl-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin-2-yl)-1H-imidazole-4-carboxylic acid (Example 37) instead of (R)-1-(8-Cyclopentyl-7-ethyl-5-methyl-6-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (Example 44), and with morpholine instead of dimethylamine hydrochloride. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ: 8.79 (s, 1H), 8.35 (s, 1H), 7.78 (s, 1H), 4.36-4.42 (m, 1H), 4.33-4.35 (m, 1H), 3.76-3.99 (bs, 8H), 3.39 (s, 3H), 1.71-1.93 (m, 10H), and 0.87 ppm (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H); LCMS: 440.1 m/z (M+H)+; ret. Time: 3.850 min (Analytical Method A).
