الإجراء التجريبي

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using tert-butyl cis(±)-4-amino-3-methoxypiperidine-1-carboxylate obtained by the method described in Example (1e) (0.90 g, 3.91 mmol), 4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained in Example (33c) (0.40 g, 2.22 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (1.25 g, 6.52 mmol) and HOBT (0.30 g, 2.22 mmol), to obtain 0.67 g of the title compound as a white foamy substance (77%).
