الإجراء التجريبي

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using ethyl cis(±)-2-(4-amino-3-methoxypiperidin-1-yl)-1,3-thiazole-5-carboxylate obtained by the method described in Example (5d) (0.23 g, 0.81 mmol), 4,5-dichloroimidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained in Example (7d) (84 mg, 0.46 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (0.24 g, 1.25 mmol) and DMAP (10 mg, 0.083 mmol), to obtain 49 mg of the title compound as a pale yellow solid (24%).
